Cotton Candy Grapes (0SP) from Grapery

If you can find these Non-GMO grapes at your local store, grab them – they are amazing and fully live up to the name Cotton Candy.

These are like sugar bombs which just explode in your mouth and are great to add to Greek Yogurt or Siggi’s Plain Yogurt for a zero point breakfast or smash a few and place them into your infuser water bottle.  Of course, you can always just grab a handful and pop them into your mouth.

These come from a company called Grapery out of California and are only available for a limited season and in limited stores but if you come across them, grab some, they are that good. Find a store near you <here>

Admittedly I have a sweet tooth, in fact several,  and these satisfy my craving very well indeed but be careful too much of a good thing can be bad for you.  Grapes usually deliver about 15g of sugar per cup and I suspect these ones will be higher so if you are watching your sugar spikes, you might want to avoid them?

These are specialist varieties which have been bred specifically for flavor along with a range of other products.

The table shows August to September but I found them in June so keep your eyes peeled – don’t go past these, they are amazing!

I placed this as a recipe so you can add it to a meal planner later.

  1. Cotton candy grapes are amazing. I love them but getting them are hard. I would love to know if theres a way i buy some and have them shipped to my house? I live in white pigeon michigan and shop at kroger in sturgis michigan where i get them. I would like to buy a big box or something and have them shipped to my house if possible.
